One Year of Silence

The virtual pages of this blog have remained empty for a year.

Empty. Blank. Silent.

It does not follow that I have not had anything to say.  There are stories to tell...lots of them.  Sad stories, happy stories, emotional stories, victorious stories.  Perhaps I will tell them all, but in the meantime I have been living.  And learning.  And growing.  And stumbling.  And falling.  And rising again.

In fact this year has given me the heart to really share more...to expand my readership to more than just the passerby. I hope in the coming months and years to offer a place of encouragement and community.  I hope to be a voice of truth and faith.  I hope that somehow, someway my words might touch your heart, dear friend so that you might know the goodness and faithfulness of God.

So welcome again, old friends.  Welcome new friends.  But most of all--welcome.

  1. This is so beautifully written. Your words leave joy, misty eyes, a desire to come back and read more. Write Katrina, don't hold anything back, your journey is worth sharing. May all who comes to read, to comment, feel "The Lords" protection, support, ability for some to relate, most of all encouragement, and our fathers love.
