Her kidneys are functioning well, but her lungs are still collapsed. They are putting in puffs if air in hope to open them up some. There is still inflammation which they believe is inhibiting her lungs from healing. They had to stop the small feedings as her GI tract was not ready. She is still on the ECMO machine.
Again progress is slow, this little one still has a long way to go, but God is faithful. Please continue to pray for her. Pray the inflammation subsides and her lungs heal. Pray for her parents and the hospital staff in charge of her care.
